Call to Order: The meeting was called to order @ 7:07 pm.
Roll Call: P. Andersen, K. Demers, M. Drobney, C. Jordan, K. Pacholski, M. Schreiber, R. Shabot. J. Cartabiano was present by not seated.
Approval of Minutes of 2/19/14: Minutes were approved on a motion by KD/RS: 7 ayes. So moved.
Seating of Alternates: Not applicable.
Present to Speak: Doug Ellis of Buck & Buck LLC informally made a preliminary presentation of a proposal for a subdivision at the intersection of Lustig/Tinkerville.

7 pm at the Willington Public Library. Advertisement, housekeeping and organizational details were discussed. .
